Event and Seminar Planning

We handle all aspects of event and seminar planning.  We will coordinate all your events, seminars and meetings whether they are a board meeting of ten people or an annual convention of hundreds.  Through our event and seminar planning process, we will secure the location, coordinate the program, correspond with speakers/guests, prepare marketing materials and handle on-site registration. We will handle all marketing materials to members and other potential attendees, maintain the list of responses to the event/seminar, prepare name badges for attendees, prepare handouts for attendees, handle signage, conduct any follow up with members following the event as well as all other logistics of your event.
