Association Management

Greydan Communications will provide all necessary services needed for your trade association to run efficiently while fostering growth and success. These services include the day-to-day administration which includes maintaining files and answering correspondence for your association; reporting to the Board of Directors and handling all aspects of their meetings; coordinating all events, seminars and meetings which includes securing the location, coordinating the program, corresponding with speakers/guests, preparing marketing materials, handling of on-site registration as well as all other logistics of the event.

We also maintain your association membership which includes mailing of dues notices and providing ideas on how to increase membership; overseeing all your financial records by processing all accounts payables and receivables; and we will regularly update and continually make improvements to your association’s website.
